Card / Account Block Option:

  • Debit Card Hot Marking

    Customer can send the SMS "HOTC" to 9223191010 from his/her mobile number which is registered with the bank. Accordingly, ATM Card will get blocked immediately.

    (Note: Customer should contact and visit Home Branch immediate next working day for completion of other process)

  • Account Block : Internet Banking -> Block your account

    Customer requested to login Internet Banking (https://ebanking.tbsbl.bank.in ) -> Customer Services -> Account Blocked option & account will be blocked immediately.

    (Note: Customer should contact and visit Home Branch immediate next working day for completion of other process)

  • Block ATM/POS/Ecom service & set the Limit from Mobile Banking option

    Mobile Banking : Customers are requested to login Mobile Banking -> Card Control option -> customer can Deactivate ATM/POS/Ecom service or Hot Mark card immediately.

  • Block ATM/POS/Ecom service & set the limit from Internet Banking option

    Internet Banking: Customers are requested to login Internet Banking (https://ebanking.tbsbl.bank.in ) -> Card Control Option -> Card Change Status/ Card Service Status / Card Hotmarking option & get blocked or deactivate the ATM card immediately.

  • Customer Complaint SMS:

    Customer can send the SMS "COMPLAINT" to 9223191010 from his/her mobile number and Customer will get help for available options for customer complaints as well as immediate action for Card or Account Block.
